With more than 20 years of human capital, search, and executive placement experience, Alison has successfully worked on and managed hundreds of engagements to build client companies. Alison is a proven leader, creative problem solver, and trusted value added strategic partner to Dominis’ clients. Alison and her team have extensive experience in professionally managing sensitive, confidential and urgent assignments.

Prior to founding Dominis, Alison worked in HR and Talent Acquisition for Akamai Technologies, Etex Corporation and Fidelity Investments.  Alison holds a BA in Political Science from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
